stereocean is a great band from salisbury, md, who have shared the stage with benthic jones several times. great guys; great band. go check 'em out. they have a new album out that will make you wonder how you ever did it without them.
the backwards city review is a hep new literary journal full of short stories, essays, poems, comics, et cetera. it recently went to press with it's first issue. click on the feisty man to the left to check out the journal--read some great stuff or even submit your own.
low-beam brings some great indie-pop out of connecticut. i've played with them several times, and hope to keep it up. they're real swell folks and they play some damn fine rock n' roll musics. and perched there between new york and massachusetts, they have the good sense to be red sox fans instead of supporting an unmentionable alternative.
energy castle is the young fresh record label out of kansas that has been naive enough to distribute benthic jones musics to the listening public on their excellent compilations. nice people there at energy castle.
if rock n' roll were a martial art, pash would be black belts. except they probably have too much energy for that whole discipline thing that mr. miyagi-types get so hung up on. oh well. i guess that's why they're super fun and good.
